- Harvest Festival – One of the most awaited fall events in Phoenix is the Enchanted Island’s annual fall festival. The amusement park has a petting zoo and many other exciting carnival-themed attractions that are also accessible even for wheelchair users. For this year, one can get a dollar off admission when you bring a canned food donation.
